I just had Randy and his crew to power wash my driveway and am very satisfied. In fact? So satisfied, that I asked them to do my rear patio and walkways just yesterday. I am very pleased again, and yes, of course after 30 years; there are some stains that just won't budge from concrete but? TO BE EXPECTED. I suppose I understand this from a lifetime in both architecture and construction myself. Owners need to understand this better I think. At any rate? The guys were great and moved all the heavy stuff nicely and relocated it back to its initial position. Kind, courteous & most reasonable pricing...Of COURSE I will hire them again in spring!

I called Patriot Power Washing to get a quote for a 2 car garage and driveway cleaning and Andy was quick to ask some quick questions as to whether I had any oil stains or not. I didn't, just some really dark patches of dirt and water marks all along the tire path. We set up an appointment for the following week. Andy called around the time of our appointment to let me know that they were on the way but will be delayed about 20 minutes due to traffic. I appreciate him calling to let me know ahead of time that he was going to be arriving a little late. Right when he got here he greeted me with a warm smile and introduction, let me know what they were going to do, and if I had any questions. It seemed very clear and sounded good. I went inside while they did their thing then I got a knock on the door. I was greeted once again and wow the floors looked good! I'm out of town and the HOA sent letter saying my driveway has some big stain..... I start searching on Yelp. This company has such good score and I saw owner would answer every question nicely. So I tried to contact the owner Andy. He picked up right away and go through picture with me. He told me not too worry and he knows I'm anxious. So he put me on schedule on Friday. I believed I called him on Wednesday. So on Friday he finished all the work for my driveway and sent me some pictures right in front of my house. Told me what caused the stain. What he would do with the sprinklers for future m and he showed me the big difference of my driveway. He is very patient and friendly. I felt very lucky to find this company. I called Patriot Power Washing to see if they could assist me with cleaning a portion of my block wall. Andy (owner), promptly returned my call and I explained the issue to him. After patiently listening, he informed me that pressure washing isn't the solution to my problem and in fact it could exacerbate the problem. However, he didn't just hang up, instead he spent a significant amount of time explaining, exactly what I needed to do, where I could get the materials, and how to go about addressing the issue. Key take aways from my interaction with Andy: 1. The dude is extremely honest and he's a straight shooter. If he can't help you he won't blow smoke up your ass or try to unnecessarily charge you for something you don't need. 2. Based on my interaction with him, Andy seems like the type of dude who will go out of his way to help you even if there's nothing in it for him. 3. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows his business. There are a lot of dudes that purchase a pressure washer and go around town professing to be pros, they're not. Believe me I know, I've spoken with several of them since I started having an issue with my wall. If you're looking for power washing services give him a call. I seriously don't think you'll be disappointed.

I contacted Andy at Patriot for help removing oil stains from my driveway. At the same time I was interested in cleaning and sealing all the pavers to help protect them going forward. He was very responsive and helpful. He came out almost immediately and measured to give me a quote. He was awesome in staying in communication via email, text and in several calls. He and his team came out and got to work immediately deep cleaning the pavers. He got the oil stains off and applied several coats of sealer. I'm THRILLED with the results. I cannot believe what a difference this made. The pavers even glisten in the sun now. He and his team exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing job! Incredible service. We had been written up by HOA for driveway oil stains. We had tried and couldn't get them out. At first they got most out but came back no extra charge and finished it perfectly. Very impressed with service and finished product will be using for our windows and back patio for sure!!!

I highly recommend Andy and this company to do your power washing needs. He arrived on time which was great. He cleaned our gutters out which needed it badly. He also power washed our driveway to make it look 100% better. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use his services again. Starting looking for services in the morning. By 4p, my driveway was done! Patriot is a fast responding and straight up company that did an amazing job. Patriot was upfront with the price and what to expect based on my oil stains I was asking to remove/address. Highly recommended and will use again if needed. On another note... Patriot is NOT coming by with a pressure washer from Amazon or Home Depot, they use professional equipment! Schedule and use Patriot with confidence! If it's going to come out, Patriot has the best chance of getting it out!

Needed a power was in the garage and driveway - moving away in 24 hours. The Patriot team came immediately in middle of their scheduled appointments. Everyone I contacted on Yelp couldn't do it. Garage looks brand new and they bring the heat. No baby little power washers from Home Depot. Check him out you'll see. Recently, I had Andy clean the pool deck and driveway. He's always willing to help me out whenever I need anything done in a hurry. His work ethic is impeccable! I'm a big supporter of veteran owned businesses and came across Patriot Power Washing on Yelp. Not only that Andy showed up to help me at 8am on a Sunday, but he also did an amazing job! My husband had a mishap with a tub of oil spilling on our driveway and getting the runoff oil into gutters in front of 2 other neighbors. Patriot Power Washing came the next morning and cleaned it up for us. They were so friendly and did a job well done. (One of our neighbors from across the street even hired them on the spot!) When our next door neighbor had an issue on a spot by his house, they came back the next morning without questions asked.
